A leading organisation is seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to support complex integration and platform initiatives across a large‑scale technology environment.
This role sits at the intersection of business, technology and architecture, working across middleware, APIs, and CRM/OSS systems. You'll be engaging closely with engineering, solution design and product teams to translate requirements, shape technical solutions and ensure seamless integration across platforms.
Your new role
Gather, analyse and translate technical and functional requirements across integration and middleware projects
Work closely with architects, developers and product owners to define API specifications and data flows
Document interface requirements, mapping, sequence diagrams and end‑to‑end integration logic
Support delivery teams across design, build, testing and defect resolution
Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points and system behaviors
Ensure alignment across cross‑functional teams and maintain clarity on technical scope and dependencies
Troubleshoot integration issues and support solution validation
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Technical BA working on large technology or integration projects
Strong background in API integration, middleware and system‑to‑system data flows (mandatory)
Experience with Salesforce, Siebel, Fusion, or Apigee highly desirable
Ability to create technical documentation (API specs, sequence diagrams, integration mapping)
Strong stakeholder engagement capability across technical and business teams
Telco or large‑scale enterprise experience highly advantageous but not mandatory
Ability to operate in fast‑paced, agile delivery environments
