: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Discretionary Trust team at JLT (a business of Marsh).
This role will be based in the Adelaide – Frome office.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.As an Account Executive you will assist the Senior and Principal Account Executives in all aspects of client services including client contact, administration and technical support.The role involves supporting brokers and clients with alternative risk finance solutions and discretionary trusts, managing accounts, providing advice, and administering plans.
It includes addressing broker and customer inquiries accurately, identifying service trends, and overseeing trust renewals.
The position also entails day-to-day client service and account management across various solutions to enhance service quality and retention.
