Full-Time Administration Trainee
Michelle Renee Personal Home Care – Locally Owned & Operated

For over 10 years, Michelle Renee Personal Home Care has proudly delivered high-quality, professional home care services to our local community. We are currently seeking an Administration Trainee to join our supportive office team in a full-time capacity.

About the Role:

As an Administration Trainee, you will be an integral part of our office operations, supporting service coordination and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in administration at a caring, community-focused organisation.

As well as working towards a business administration qualification, you will receive on-the-job training and mentorship while gaining valuable experience across a range of administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
* Maintaining accurate client and staff records
* Supporting the team with general administrative tasks
* Assisting with data entry, filing, and documentation
* Communicating with clients, families, and care staff
* Learning internal systems and processes
About You:
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Well-organised with attention to detail
* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)
* Ability to work as part of a team
* A genuine interest in the health, aged care, or community sector

We strongly encourage applications from individuals with experience in care or support work. A Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and/or Disability) is highly regarded, but not essential.
