This role leads marketing execution for Timberland and Dickies, translating global brand directions into campaigns tailored for Australian and New Zealand markets, ensuring relevance and consistency across all consumer touchpoints. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with Digital, Retail, Wholesale, and Product teams, the Marketing Lead aims to deliver growth, brand heat, and long-term equity.Your key responsibilities include:Brand Strategy & Planning: Own the annual marketing calendar and seasonal GTM plans for Timberland and Dickies. Localize global brand direction to regional priorities and trends.Campaign Execution: Lead all brand campaigns across digital, social, PR, influencer, and retail channels. Manage agency partners and internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and within budget. Develop creative ideas to elevate brand experience and engagement.Community & Activations: Drive local relevance through activations, events, and partnerships. Build grassroots energy via collaborations with athletes, artists, creators, and KOLs.Content & Digital: Oversee content creation, campaign shoots, social storytelling, and brand assets. Ensure digital presence aligns with global standards.Reporting: Track campaign performance, provide insights for future planning, and deliver post-campaign ROI and learnings.Ideal candidate profile:3+ years in marketing, preferably within footwear, apparel, or lifestyle brands.Experience in developing and executing integrated brand campaigns.Strong storytelling skills and cultural marketing understanding.Experience managing social media content, management, and reporting.Knowledge of marketing performance metrics.Highly organized with multitasking ability.Creative with attention to detail and passion for brand-building.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with outdoor, workwear, skate, and streetwear markets is a plus.At Accent Group Limited, we value diversity and inclusion, creating an environment where everyone can be themselves.
