You are comfortable working in a small, agile team environment where flexibility, initiative and a collaborative mindset are key. Additionally, you will have:
* 4-6 years’ experience delivering similar projects in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
* Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and moving parts, people, timelines, and contractors, with a calm, organised and collaborative approach.
* Experience managing external contractors or content providers (e.g. learning designers, facilitators), including briefing, quality control and delivery oversight.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to independently manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
The Rewards and Culture
Be part of a purpose-driven organisation with a great culture and ambition to make a game-changing impact on sustainability and social impact through finance. You work with industry, government, regulators, and civil society to significantly shape the future of sustainable finance in Australia and unlock capital for climate, environment, and social impact that benefits all Australians.
Not only will you be working to align capital with environmental and social goals, but you will also be part of an organisation that has embedded flexibility around location, hours and how you choose to work, prioritising work: life balance.
