Nortwest is looking for dynamic professionals looking to be a part of a growing organisation.
We are currently seeking a Student Support Officer to join our team and take on multiple aspects of RTO related administration and Student Support.
The role will include general RTO office administration, enrolling students (including eligibility checks and required documentation), preparing CoE letters on PRISM and student management on Axcelerate, data entry, contributing to compliant administration of state funding contracts and VET Student Loans, ensuring accuracy and integrity of client/student data and records, assisting in the ongoing development and maintenance of the Student Management System, monitoring the RTO's compliance, developing, reviewing, and maintaining relevant policies and procedures, and participating in all internal and external audits.
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Have a keen eye for detail and demonstrate accuracy
- Have strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Experience in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector (desirable)
- A working with children’s check or successful application of a working with children’s check upon commencement.
