The Assistant Director, Workforce Capability is a diverse position reporting to the Director, Culture and Capability, that is responsible for the management of designing and delivering SLA development initiatives, training programs under the Learning Management System (LMS) and establishment and management of the Agency’s position management, data analytics and reporting functions. The role responsibilities include analysing and reporting HR and workforce data to relevant stakeholders and managing the People, Culture and Capability’s reporting requirements including oversight and management of position management reporting. This role involves both planning, coordinating, managing and doing. You will help create and coordinate programs that improve our workforce's skills and performance by undertaking assessments of training requirements across the Agency to ensure alignment with organisational objectives and individual development needs. The position plays an important role between Agency Executives, business areas, and a range of internal and external stakeholders. Eligibility/Other Requirements: Highly Desirable: Relevant HR qualifications or extensive HR experience in a similar role. Experience in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and designing learning programs. Extensive experience using CHRIS21. Demonstrated experience using Power BI to develop interactive dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making.
