Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate III qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability.
• Passion and energy for world‐class care.
• Ability to work as part of a tight‐knit team and delegate effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Robust understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their outcomes.
