Position Profile: We are seeking a Program Manager, Culture & Organisational Development to join us and help shape the future of our workforce.
Reporting to the Manager, Culture & Inclusion, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful change initiatives as our organisation continues to evolve while maintaining a primary focus on improving child health outcomes and serving the children, young people and families in our care.
In this role, you will apply your skill and capability as a strategic thinker and change leader together with your understanding of effective change management frameworks, tools and processes to support our leaders and staff as we design and deliver CAHS’ organisational culture program of work. You will consult and engage across all levels of the workforce to assess organisational culture dynamics and lead the implementation of CAHS’ practical Culture Action Plan 2025-2030 to drive enhancements to benefit both our workforce and our consumers; a key focus for the role will be working to engage teams and empower individuals across the organisation to embed CAHS’ culture improvement initiatives. Excellent project management and a strategic internal communications approach will be key to supporting positive transformation, underpinned by strong change management practices.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Leading ongoing measurement of current organisational culture and employee voice through surveys, interviews, and data analysis;
* Working with the support of the broader Organisational Development team to identify, develop, communicate and implement strategies to continuously enhance our organisational culture;
* Actively assess efficacy of change efforts to ensure positive transformation and workplace change is enhanced in alignment with organisational priorities;
* Implementing a detailed stakeholder engagement and communications plan to intentionally engage employees in the organisational culture transformation program;
* Stay abreast of industry trends and best practice in organisational culture and change management.

The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is proud to be the leading service provider for paediatric healthcare in Western Australia, as the State’s only dedicated health service for infants, children and young people. CAHS is made up four service areas: Neonatology, Community Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), and Perth Children’s Hospital (PCH). Consisting of over 6,500 employees, our services are delivered at PCH and King Edward Memorial Hospital (KEMH), as well as across a network of more than 160 community clinics across the metropolitan area.
