**About the role**
Reporting to the General Manager, this integral role is responsible for the coordination of multiple priorities. You will be transforming sales orders into production activities to ensure finished products are delivered on time and to client specifications.
**Duties**
- Receive work orders, verify & cross check to ensure accuracy
- Organise components & material availability
- Schedule work orders into the production pool & oversee production
- Coordinate any subcontractor requirements
- Project planning with the sales team
- Manage dispatch & delivery coordination
**Skills & experience**
- Production coordination experience within a manufacturing environment
- Exposure managing multiple tasks, that at times can have competing deadlines
- Experience in cabinet making, shop fitting, joinery or window manufacturing would be highly regarded
- Intermediate computer skills, some exposure to 3D software would be highly regarded
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
