What you'll be doing
* Answering incoming calls from customers and responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner
* Booking pest control appointments and managing schedules to ensure prompt service delivery
* Providing expert advice and recommendations to customers on pest prevention and treatment options
* Handling customer complaints and queries with empathy and a solution-oriented approach
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
* Collaborating with the wider team to continuously improve customer service processes and practices
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the pest control or trades industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide a high level of service
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle a variety of customer enquiries
* Proficiency in using computer systems and software to record customer information and schedule appointments
