Responsibilities

* Lead a senior leadership role on a landmark $400m+ development that's moving on site
* Collaborate with principals and contribute to submissions and broader practice leadership
* Coordinate with consultants and contractors; oversee project delivery through design and delivery phases
Qualifications
* 10–15+ years' experience, ideally on large multi-residential projects
* Proven leadership and team management skills
* Strong consultant and contractor coordination experience
* Commercial acumen – managing project performance, writing and overseeing variations
* Solid understanding of BIM delivery
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* A calm, grounded approach under pressure
* Some Revit competency (coordination rather than production)
