As an Admissions Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, timely and high‐quality admissions experience for both domestic and international applicants.
This fast‐paced, detail‐oriented role requires strong judgement, communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

UC Level 5 – Salary Range $81,918 pa – $93,070 pa plus 17% Super. 12‐Month Full Time Fixed Term Opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
* Process applications for coursework degrees efficiently and accurately from students and education agents.
* Assess qualifications and determine eligibility for offers in line with relevant policies, procedures and legislation.
* Liaise with course conveners and key stakeholders to support the effective processing of applications, including ranked programs.
* Communicate with agents, providing updates and responding to changes in the operating environment.
* Respond to enquiries via phone, email/CRM and in person, delivering clear and helpful advice to applicants and stakeholders.
* Contribute to student recruitment targets, with a focus on conversion and enrolment outcomes.
