What You'll Be Doing:
* Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Help customers find the right products and services to suit their needs, ensuring their time at Telstra is a memorable one.
* Be the Go‐To Tech Expert: Stay up‐to‐date with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance and solutions.
* Achieve and Excel: Use your consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, while keeping customers connected.

Work closely with your team to create a welcoming environment where everyone is supported to achieve store goals.
Salary and Benefits:
* Annual Fixed Remuneration: $64,915.20 per year* Junior rates apply for those under 20 years of age.
*Penalty rates: 25% for weekday hours after 6 PM, 25% for Saturday hours, 100% for Sunday hours, 150% for public holiday hours. 12% superannuation included.
Variable remuneration may be eligible; first two months guaranteed while you learn on board.
