Business operations coordinator

Offer description

We are seeking an experienced contracts administrator to join our team.

This is a key role where you will contribute to the success of the business by using your proven administration skills ideally gained in assisting project managers.

Responsibilities:

* Procurement of sub-trades and suppliers
* Involvement in the full life cycle of multiple projects
* Manage sub-contracts & supply agreements
* Liaise with sub-contractors
* Ordering materials and equipment
* Assess and process progress claims & variations
* Cost analysis, reporting and forecasting
* Support the project manager
* Manage document control

Requirements:

* At least 2 years of experience in a CA role
* Engineering background
* Positive attitude along with strong organisational skills
* Attention to detail
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise work to ensure deadlines are met
* Strong and proven track record working on design & construct projects
* Strong computer and software skills
* Strong communication skills
* Experience dealing with a range of professionals from sub-contractors to engineers
* Highly organised with good time management skills

Schedule: 8 hour shift. Ability to commute/relocate: VIC. Experience: Administrator 2 years. Work Authorisation: Australia.
