A growing MSP in Melbourne's South East is looking to bring on a Senior Systems Engineer to assist with the technical design and delivery of projects. The Senior Systems Engineer will be working with a close-knit team and will be providing escalated support for the L2 Engineers.
You will be working with a range of mid-market to enterprise clients across various industries including Education and Healthcare. The company offers a positive and inclusive culture and provide excellent career development pathways, training and industry certifications.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in an MSP, delivering end-to-end M365 & Cloud projects.
What you will be doing:
* Work closely with other Senior Engineers to design and deliver solutions
* Consult with clients to gather and understand technical requirements
* Lead deployments, upgrades, migrations
* Act as the final level of escalation for complex technical requests
What you will need to succeed:
* Previous experience in customer facing roles with MSPs / Consultancies ( nice to have )
* Project implementation experience with Modern Workplace / M365
* Experience in the design phase of projects
* Level 3 Technical skills across Microsoft Modern Workplace ( O365, Defender, Sharepoint Teams )
* Excellent skills with Intune / Endpoint Manager deployments & migrations
* A strong understanding of Security Principals and frameworks
* Experience with Cloud ( AWS / Azure )
* Proven track record of high-level troubleshooting
