About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Manufacturing Dispenser and Compounder to join our friendly production team. Full training provided.
Hours:
Monday to Friday | 5:00 am – 1:06 pm
What you’ll do
* Weigh and mix raw materials to make cosmetic and personal care products
* Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
* Complete basic quality checks and production records
* Clean and care for equipment and work areas
* Follow GMP, safety, and work instructions
* Meet daily production targets
What we’re looking for
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Hardworking, Reliable and Punctual
* Detail-focused, and safety-minded
* Able to follow written instructions and SOPs
* Good communication and basic maths skills
* Physically fit for standing and manual handling tasks, lifting to 25kg
* Willing to learn and work in a regulated environment
* Manufacturing or GMP experience (highly regarded, not essential)
* Reliable transportation
* Available for unscheduled overtime to meet daily production schedules
