Overview


Performance & Reward Analyst | Senior Associate role at PwC Australia.



Responsibilities

* Assist the broader People and Reward team in engaging with pivotal projects to advance the overarching People and Culture (P&C) strategy and priorities

* Support the firmwide annual review process through partnering with your client group and driving a smooth process

* In our People & Culture team, contribute to strategic initiatives aligned with the organisation's People & Culture objectives

* Assist in the administration and management of employee benefits programs

* Serve as the first point of contact for People & Reward (P&R) queries, providing timely support and resolution

* Provide analytical support through reporting and modelling throughout the year, including cyclical Performance and Reward reviews

* Manage data submissions and reporting to maintain accurate, up-to-date information

* Build and maintain effective relationships with P&R vendors to optimise service delivery

* Develop and analyse models to support P&R decision-making processes

* Act as custodian of the PwC pay framework and structure to maintain its integrity

* Gather, analyse, interpreting and provide insights related to benchmarking, market salary data and internal relativities
