Your New Role
As a Classroom Teacher you will inspire young minds, foster a positive learning environment and develop engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Selection Criteria
* An understanding of and commitment to the mission and purpose of Catholic Education.
* Professional qualifications in teaching and learning and specific KLA areas required.
* Demonstrated ability and expertise in developing and implementing flexible and innovative programmes to support learning.
* Ability to teach other subject areas highly desirable.
* Demonstrated ability to foster positive professional relationships with students and contribute to improved learning outcomes and academic achievement.
* An ability to work as part of a cohesive team and contribute positively to staff professional culture.
* Effective communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Demonstrates an understanding of NESA and Diocesan policies and protocols and school procedures.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and develop effective documentation on school and system platforms.
* Current Working with Children Check and NESA Accreditation.
* Accreditation for Teachers in a Catholic School (Category B, Accreditation to Work Teach and Lead in Systemic Catholic Schools, Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga) or working towards Accreditation.
