On behalf of a reputable NSW State Government Department, we are seeking Client Service Officers to provide high-quality phone-based customer service support on a short-term contract. This role is initially a short-term assignment, with an immediate start and potential for ongoing opportunities. It is 100% office-based in Parramatta and pays $43.28 per hour + super. The Client Service Officer is responsible for managing a caseload of vulnerable customers to deliver financial management services and make decisions on their behalf. Day-to-day, you will independently manage a caseload, coordinating and prioritising actions in response to these requests. Duties: Engage with newly appointed Private Managers, providing essential information and support to assist them in their role.Establish and maintain secure records for each customer, ensuring all relevant information is obtained and stored.Assist in creating action plans to address immediate, medium, and long-term financial needs of customers.Maintain customer databases and generate regular reports to identify trends, system issues, and areas for service improvement.Actively listen to concerns and inquiries from Private Managers, customers, and stakeholders, working to resolve issues.Work closely with staff from different divisions to achieve quality outcomes focused on customer needs.Balance competing demands and priorities to achieve favourable outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
