Find a job you’ll love today!We’re looking for a Collections Support Administrator to support our client, Francom, with administrative support across litigation, contract management, and debt activities. This role combines administrative expertise with exceptional organizational and communication skills to deliver outstanding results.**Job Requirements:****Legal & Litigation Support*** Draft, review, and amend a variety of legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.* Conduct research and prepare memos on legal issues, legislation, and case matters.* Manage, organize, and maintain legal files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.* Perform land title, company, business name, and PPSR searches.* Assist with litigation matters, including summarizing legal documents and supporting multiple group entities.**Debt Collection & Recovery*** Manage daily queues, calls, webchats, and emails to facilitate debt collection.* Locate and contact customers to discuss outstanding debts, negotiate payment arrangements, and offer settlement options in line with policies.* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account status, and file notes within the system.* Monitor aged debt accounts, prepare reports, and provide information to legal teams when escalation is needed.* Ensure all collection activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including the Australian Debt Collection Guidelines.**Collaboration & Performance*** Work closely with internal teams to resolve disputes, escalate complex issues, and deliver tailored solutions to customers.* Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and compliance trainings.* Uphold the integrity of Francom by delivering excellent service and aligning with company strategies.**Qualifications:*** 5+ years of experience in an administrative support or customer service role in a legal and/or collections environment* Able to work Monday – Friday 9am to 6pm Sydney Australia time zone* Solid organizational, time management, and multitasking skills* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities* High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite* A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement**Why Join Us**As an Everise employee supporting Francom, you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds, the resources and benefits of a leading global experience company and the opportunity to contribute directly to a high-performing client team.
