About The Role
* Managing a National based portfolio of motor claims and handling high volume of inbound/outbound calls
* Providing excellent customer service to our customers in a timely manner
* Ensure and maintain knowledge of current legislation and how this impact claims management, applying soundly based decision-making to all claims and consistently making liability decisions of increasing complexity throughout the life of the claim.
* Maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders, and providing the best possible outcomes for our customers
* Understanding and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and compliance issues
* Follow the AAL Claims Management Process and adhere to AAL standards to minimize claim costs
About You
* High level of Customer service experience, ideally within a claim's environment
* Insurance knowledge/background
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Negotiation skills
* Confidence to learn, access and use different systems and software
* Strong attention to detail
* A team player attitude, with a focus on supporting and respecting others
* A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
