We're seeking a hands-on Distribution Centre Manager to lead our client's Perth operation and drive the next phase of their growth. You'll oversee a large warehouse facility, manage a high-volume daily operation, and lead a dedicated team. This role offers significant scope to expand as our client's business establishes additional sites across WA.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a permanent team plus contractor staff.
Manage warehouse operations: receiving, cycle counts, pick/pack, and dispatch.
Oversee daily inbound shipments and ensure smooth distribution.
Coordinate multiple B2B deliveries each day across Perth and regional WA.
Partner with sales to align operations with customer needs.
Drive safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills and Experience
Proven leadership in distribution, logistics, or warehousing.
Strong HR and people management skills with a coaching approach.
Hands-on manager – able to balance strategy with practical leadership.
Customer-focused, process-driven, and skilled at removing inefficiencies.
