About the Role
We seek an experienced and qualified Insurance Loss Adjustor to join our team undertaking quality workmanship to ensure vehicles return to their pre-accident condition. This is a full-time position.
The primary purpose of this role is to complete accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles in a timely manner. You will apply your knowledge of motor vehicles and computer skills while interacting with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providers
* Accurately quoting vehicles within agreed targets and insurer/company procedures
* Completing quotes as required onsite, off-site, or online
* Processing vehicles by conducting arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging
* Managing parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness
* Managing suppliers to record and authorise additional work in a timely manner
* Assisting with production management of the centre when necessary
* Ensuring vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition
* Handing over completed repairs to customers
About You
Required Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in a similar position, including estimate preparation in the automotive smash repair industry
* Desirable: AudaNet experience, Ibody experience (not necessary)
* Excellent customer service skills, building rapport with customers and work providers
* Highly professional and personable
* Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
* Excel proficiency (advantageous but not necessary)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to meet strict deadlines
* Problem-solving skills and high accuracy and attention to detail
* Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
* Strong commitment to working safely
* High attention to detail
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
