Your Day to Day Assist in refining and delivering the brand’s long-term strategic marketing direction, with a focus on luxury retail audiences. Translate brand values into actionable marketing strategies that resonate with discerning, high-end consumers. Plan, develop, and execute full-funnel, 360-degree brand campaigns aligned with business goals and brand ethos. Analyse campaign performance rigorously and provide insights to optimise future initiatives. Collaborate closely with creative teams to produce premium content that authentically connects with the community. Partner with internal teams such as Product, Sales, and Finance to ensure marketing initiatives support wider business objectives. Manage relationships with external agencies, media, and partners to deliver impactful campaigns. Conduct market research to stay ahead of consumer behaviours, luxury retail trends, and competitive landscapes. What You Need Proven experience in luxury brand marketing, preferably with significant retail exposure. Ability to align marketing strategies with overarching business goals and brand vision in a high-end market context. Strong creative acumen and a track record of developing innovative and sophisticated marketing concepts. Exceptional organisational and project management skills, capable of juggling multiple complex projects and deadlines. Proficiency in data-driven campaign analysis and delivering actionable marketing insights. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills to drive cross-functional initiatives.
