Stella Industrial is a Western Australian leader in industrial services, delivering surface protection (blasting/painting), scaffolding, insulation, sheet metal and cladding across major industrial sites.
We're looking for a reliable and organised Storesperson / Logistics Coordinator to support our site teams by ensuring materials and equipment are available, controlled, compliant and ready to mobilise.
This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on work, keeping things structured, and working with a team to support multiple projects. If you've got a strong work ethic and good coordination skills, we're prepared to provide training in our systems and processes.
What You'll Be Doing
* Order, receive and control paints, consumables and project materials
* Issue materials to job numbers with accurate tracking (dockets / registers / system entries)
* Maintain stores organisation, bin locations and stock levels (min/max, replenishment)
* Complete regular stock audits and cycle counts
* Prepare and stage equipment/material packs for upcoming works and mobilisations
* Coordinate deliveries and pickups to/from workshop and site (as required)
* Coordinate servicing and repairs of tools and equipment, maintain service history and registers
* Maintain inspection and compliance records and ensure equipment is controlled when out of service
* Maintain a clean, safe and efficient stores and yard environment, including safe loading/unloading
What We're Looking For
* Experience in stores, logistics, warehouse or coordination roles (industrial experience valued but not essential)
* Strong administration and organisation skills — comfortable using registers, job numbers and basic computer systems (Excel a bonus)
* Ability to plan ahead, prioritise and work productively with minimal supervision
* Good communication skills and willingness to support supervisors and crews
* A practical attitude — you notice problems early and solve them
* White Card (essential)
* HR Licence (essential)
* Forklift ticket (highly regarded / or willing to obtain)
