About the role
The Equipment Procurement Officer plays a vital role in supporting TAC clients by facilitating the procurement of high and low-cost equipment from various sources including hospitals, VOC suppliers, Allied Health Professional's or Claims Managers. Procurement activities will include organising the supply, hire, annual maintenance and repairs of equipment. You will respond to queries, follow up on claims and payments, and interpret order forms to ensure timely, accurate outcomes. General admin assistance may occasionally be required across the Commercial Team.
This role is both transactional and detail-focused, requiring initiative to track, chase, and resolve issues, while also contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency across the branch. You will manage spreadsheets and databases, develop reporting, and provide general administrative support to ensure the team delivers with consistency and accuracy.

What we're looking for
Detail-Oriented Administrator
You bring experience providing high-level administrative support, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing data, reporting, and documentation. Experience in using Avanti will be highly regarded.
Organised & Proactive Operator
You have strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take initiative, follow up proactively, and manage competing priorities. You are comfortable interpreting order forms, chasing payments, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Client & Stakeholder Focused
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with diverse stakeholders, including providers, and internal teams. Your approach is collaborative and responsive, with a focus on delivering timely, client-centred outcomes.
