Your Role
As an Interior Space Creator, your responsibilities will include:
* Client Experience & Consulting: Guide clients through the colour and electrical selection process
* Provide expert advice on design choices, upgrades, and product options
* Build rapport and ensure a smooth, stress-free experience
* Prepare for appointments with all necessary documentation
* Accurately record selections and pricing for client sign-off
* Monitor performance and contribute to team goals
* Collaborate with colleagues across the company
* Attend training and stay up-to-date with product knowledge
* Share ideas to improve studio processes and client experience
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Qualification in Interior Design or a related field
* Strong customer service and time management skills
* A proactive, creative approach to problem-solving
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Professional presentation and communication style
