**About This Job**
We are the world's largest market research and data analytics company. We are looking for a Training Manager who can drive and deliver learning solutions to clients and NielsenIQ associates in Asia Pacific. Courses range from: software navigation and platform essentials, insight mining and analysis foundations, accreditation training for a variety of client service excellence topics.
The role is based in Sydney. Part-time or Full time with the option to work from home. It will require collaborating with Customer Success functions like Operations, Sales, and Client management as well as with the Global Client Learning team across Europe, Asia and the Pacific.
**Responsibilities**
- Deliver structured, engaging, interactive and actionable learning courses to clients which contributes to client satisfaction and return on data investment
- Conduct training to help employees and NielsenIQ associates upskill or complete their employment accreditation
- Partner with Change Management teams to deliver training in support of product and technology deployments in Asia Pacific
- Work closely with client teams to understand training needs and provide support in the development of training plans
- Be able to learn and use communication technologies to provide remote support and/or training delivery to the client e.g. GotoTraining, MS Teams
- Keep abreast of new data and technology developments to ensure that all training incorporates and aligns with changing needs
- Create or modify training materials to deliver an effective experience for trainees
- Be proactive and responsible for measuring training statistics, satisfaction levels and feedback

**Qualifications**:
- University degree
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of working experience in Consumer Packaged Goods industry, Retail industry, or Research, Insights, and Data Analytics
- Is Travel required? Possible state travel for customized client training when virtual training is not an option. Long-term - Where virtual training is not an option, some travel to Asian countries to conduct NielsenIQ internal or client training.
- Proficient in business programs: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Sharepoint, Teams
- Good communication skills - Verbal, Presentation and Written.
- English is the main language used in training delivery and content creation across markets
