You’ll exercise independent judgement to provide medicines information, therapeutic advice and professional guidance to patients, medical and nursing staff, and other health professionals, ensuring all services align with hospital policies, divisional procedures, and professional standards. This is a pivotal role focused on optimising patient outcomes through the safe, effective and cost-conscious use of pharmaceuticals. You will implement strategies that enhance the quality use of medicines while supporting a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment and contributing to the ongoing development of pharmacy practice within the hospital.
