T D Hatrick & Co is seeking someone for long term employment working in an air-conditioned building
The principal role for this position will be in our Mikunioz motorcycle carburetor business, being the pulling of parts orders, motorcycle carburetor kit building and parcel packing. Our sales are predominately online with well over 80% leaving the country every day.
Basic warehouse experience is required for parts pulling and order fulfillment duties.
Any warehouse work experience is acceptable for this role.
Other duties when required will be- To answer phone calls, taking call back details and eventually after training and time be able to give phone advice to customers. Some basic computer work inputting freight manifests, stock control whilst doing checks and counts, plus phone/counter sales invoicing. When all other staff are busy, we also need someone once trained to be able to help manage overflow customer sales in the adjoining water filter showroom. Help keep your workplace tidy. At some future stage take on some email answering responsibilities.
Basic retail experience is required for phone and counter sales responsibilities.
Any customer service experience is acceptable to meet the basic retail requirements.
Automotive industry experience with moderate mechanical ability is preferred but not essential.
