Executive Manager, Health, Safety and Sustainability
100% Australian, Sunshine Sugar is proudly and deeply connected to the Northern Rivers of New South Wales, a region known for its strong communities, natural beauty and long history of sugarcane growing. As the only 100% Australian-owned sugar manufacturer, we have built a unique partnership between local cane growers and Australian family‑owned agribusiness Manildra Group. That shared ownership model means our people and our growers are genuinely invested in what we do and how we do it, creating a workplace grounded in collaboration, pride and long‑term thinking.
Across our mills at Broadwater and Condong, and our co‑located mill and refinery at Harwood, our teams work together to turn locally grown sugarcane into products enjoyed by customers across Australia.
