* Schedule: Friday–Tuesday, with reduced hours during semester breaks (Tuesday–Friday 11:00–19:00; Saturday 10:00–18:30)

THE POSITION
* Prepare fresh, nutritious meals for students
* Contribute to menu ideas using local ingredients
* Monitor stock and minimize wastage
* Adhere to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices
* Deliver healthy choices and guidance to the future generation
* Ability to work alone and make decisions
* High level of food safety and allergen management
* Unpaid Stand down during school holidays
THE PERSON
* Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
* Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain
* Experience with cooking in bulk quantities
* Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
* Passionate about healthy and nutritious food
* Availability across the weekend
* Self-driven and enthusiastic
* Ability to work unsupervised
* Strong communication
