Job Description
* Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts.
* Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
* Execute automated tests and analyse results to identify and resolve issues.
* Monitor and maintain the performance and reliability of testing environments.
* Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
* Document test cases, methodologies, and outcomes for future reference.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of the software development lifecycle.
* Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in test automation.
The Successful Applicant
* Experience in test automation (web/UI and/or API), including end‐to‐end journey testing.
* Experience testing ERP platforms and business workflows.
* Hands‐on experience with test automation tooling; able to build maintainable automated journeys and reusable components.
* Experience working in structured release cycles or agile delivery environments, partnering with developers and business stakeholders to assure quality.
* Proven ability to translate training material and business process documentation into effective test scenarios, expected results, and automation journeys.
* Strong quality mindset with attention to detail, and the ability to produce clear, auditable test evidence.
* Familiarity with CI/CD concepts, scheduling automated runs, and basic source control practices.
