**About the Role** 
Are you an experienced Customer Service & Sales professional, who thrives working in a quick-paced and rewarding environment? If yes, then this role is for you! 
**Duties** 
- Provide quality customer service to all customers 
- Maximise sales by providing latest product and service information to our customers. 
- Achieve sales and performance targets 
- Ensure store presentation is in line with retail shop standards 
**Skills and experience** 
- Experience in a customer facing role 
- Proven record of delivering great customer experiences 
- Ability to solve complex problems 
- Effective communication skills 
- The ability to speak fluently in another language is highly advantageous!
