* High Level Diary & Calendar Management & Coordination
* Domestic & International Travel & Accommodation Booking
* Event Support; Coordination & Organisation of Internal & External Events
* Organise & Schedule both Internal & External Meetings
* Collate & Prepare Monthly Reports & Itineraries
* On-boarding & Training of New Starters
* Completion of Invoice Claims
* Manage & Navigate internal Intranet system
* Administrative Support to Senior Leaders & Teams
The Successful Applicant
* Previous Executive Assistant Experience Required
* Adaptable & Flexible in Changing Environments
* High Level of Professionalism & Sense of Confidentiality
* Calm, Level Headed in Fast Paced Environment
* Ability to work Autonomously & be Self-Directed
* Ability to Efficiently Problem Solve
* Strong Relationship Building Skills & Highly Collaborative
* Previous Experience in Banking, Finance or Legal Industry attractive
