Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Assistant Outlet Manager to join our team at the award-winning Alliance Lounge at Perth Airport. As an Assistant Outlet Manager, you'll lead by example, guiding and training team members to deliver exceptional food and beverage service so every guest enjoys a first-class experience. You'll maintain the highest hospitality standards and assist with opening and closing procedures.
You'll also play a hands-on role in preparing and presenting fresh sandwiches and light meals with consistency and care, while driving operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

What will you do?
* Assist in managing day-to-day lounge operations with a focus on efficiency and guest satisfaction
* Champion exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons
* Lead, train and motivate a diverse team to consistently exceed expectations
* Prepare and present fresh sandwiches and light meals, ensuring quality and food safety standards
* Maintain accurate food safety documentation and records to meet compliance requirements
* Drive financial performance through budget management, stock control and labour oversight
* Implement upselling and promotional initiatives to boost revenue
* Ensure compliance with OH&S and food safety standards
More about you
* Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a busy café, restaurant or airport lounge
* Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Approved Managers Card
* Skilled in team development, recruitment and performance coaching
* Energetic, guest-focused and self-motivated with excellent communication and organisational skills
* Comfortable with labour controls and cost management
* Must be available for early morning starts (3am/3:30am), Monday–Friday
