We are currently seeking an experienced Finishes Foreman for a 3-month contract on a high-end Class 2 residential apartment project located on Sydney's Northern Beaches. This is a great opportunity to step into the final stages of a luxury apartment development, working with a reputable builder delivering premium finishes.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing all finishing trades and driving the project through the final delivery phase, ensuring quality, programme, and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and coordinate finishing trades including joinery, tiling, painting, flooring, and final fit-off
* Drive programme and ensure apartments are delivered on schedule
* Manage subcontractors and maintain strong site presence
* Conduct quality inspections and ensure high-end finishes meet project standards
* Assist with defect management and final completion stages
* Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to ensure smooth delivery
About You
* Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman on Class 2 residential or luxury apartment projects
* Strong eye for detail and quality, particularly with high-end finishes
* Ability to coordinate multiple trades in the final stages of a project
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Available to start immediately or at short notice
