Towards Change Lead; Mental Health & Wellbeing Local; Full time fixed term until May 2027 available! (Nursing, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Clinical Psychology) 
Responsibilities 
- Become a key member of our growing speciality mental health and well-being teams 
- Deliver specialist, evidence-based clinical interventions by utilising extensive clinical mental health experience 
- Support staff to work within an inclusive, participant-led model centred around the needs and choices of participants 
- Lead, manage, and motivate staff; embed lived experience across models of care; demonstrate understanding of Peer Work Models 
- Lead and sustain system change within the service 
Qualifications 
- Relevant professional registration with AHPRA (if applicable) and 3+ years senior mental health leadership experience 
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate staff 
- Proven ability to embed lived experience across models of care and demonstrate an understanding of Peer Work Models 
- Demonstrated ability to lead and sustain system change

About the Organization 
AWH serves as the largest regional healthcare provider between Sydney and Melbourne, situated in the border cities of Albury and Wodonga. We support a population of up to 300,000 across North-East Victoria and Southern NSW with a network of hospital campuses and 22 sites delivering a diverse range of services across mental health, allied health, and sub-acute care. We are expanding with a new Emergency Department (2024) and a new hospital at our Albury site by 2028. 
Mental Health & Wellbeing Local 
The service operates in Benalla, Wangaratta and Mansfield, providing clinical support, care and wellbeing services to people aged 26+ experiencing mental health challenges. The service is community-led and co-designed by participants, carers and the local community. Partners include Wellways, ACSO and Albury Wodonga Health.
