Desktop Engineer - 2 months Contract | In office, Perth locationWe're seeking an experienced Desktop Engineer to provide onsite and remote support for staff over an 8-week contract. You'll be helping users with their computers, applications, and devices while ensuring a smooth IT experience.What you'll do:Support Windows 10/11 desktops, laptops, and tablets.Troubleshoot Office 365, Adobe, and enterprise apps.Manage accounts in Azure Active Directory.Assist with printers, POS systems, and other peripherals.Provide walk-up and remote support with a customer-first approach.What you'll bring:2+ years' IT support experience in a corporate setting.Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software.Great communication and problem-solving skills.ITIL/technical certifications (desirable).
