As a Volunteer Retail Assistant you will play a vital role in supporting our store operations. You'll work alongside a dedicated team and help raise funds for essential services.

What You'll Be Doing
- Greet customers with a warm, friendly, and approachable attitude to create a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with inquiries, providing clear information and guidance.
- Support Donor Care Program – assist in receiving donated goods and communicate with donors.
- Process donated goods – assess condition, functionality, and suitability, price items appropriately for sale.
- Stock and display – place priced items on the sales floor, ensuring a neat, organised presentation and assist visual merchandising.
- Maintain cleanliness – regularly clean items, sales floor, and staff areas.
- Waste management – follow sustainable waste guidelines.
- Ensure safety – maintain a safe environment for customers, visitors and staff; adhere to safety practices and guidelines.
- Health and safety – take care of your health and that of others around you.
Volunteer Requirements
- Must be 15 years of age or older.
