Key responsibilities of the role include:

* Case management, ensuring caseloads are manageable and providing support from colleagues as needed
">
* Applying clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes, promoting successful reintegration into the workforce
">
* Collaborating with employers and employees to develop injury prevention and workplace education programs, enhancing overall well-being and safety
">
* Working with injured workers, medical, and allied health professionals to deliver comprehensive care and support
">
* Completing assessments such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments to inform treatment plans
">
* Delivering our virtual reality pain education program, Re-thinking Recovery, to empower individuals to take control of their recovery
">

Requirements:
">
">
* Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Osteopathy, or Exercise Physiology
">
* Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or Full Accreditation with ESSA
">
* Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly regarded, but not essential
">
* Excellent communication skills for engaging clients and stakeholders
">
* Compassion, kindness, and empathy
">
* Strong time management skills
">
* Valid Driver's License, access to own car, and comprehensive insurance
">
