This is a 6 month fixed term, full-time position commencing Term 4, 2025 with possible extension and/or permanency

The Role

We are looking for someone that values attention to detail and is able to join and lead as part of a friendly, dedicated and supportive Administrative team.

Outstanding oral, written & interpersonal communication skills are desirable as is the ability to implement sound, consistent management and budgeting practices and systems. The successful applicant will work closely with the Principal to establish and be responsible for the financial, physical and human resource processes of the school.

The successful applicant will oversee business operations and work collaboratively with staff, community and the administration team demonstrating commitment to positive communication with Department of Education representatives, parents, teachers, education assistants, Parents and Citizens' Association (P&C), outside businesses and community groups.

You will ideally be reliable and flexible and have excellent conceptual and analytical skills. The successful applicant should foster effective human resource management practices, and display strategic oversight and effective management of buildings, facilities and assets at the school. As you will have day to day responsibility for managing school finances a strong financial management background will be well regarded.

* Demonstrated ability to provide input into the development, implementation and monitoring of business and marketing plans.
* Demonstrated sound conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills.
