The Opportunity
Bedford Lane is thriving with an expanding client base. This means it's time to grow our PM/AM support! This blended role will balance delivering projects on time and to budget, whilst also managing client comms.
You
* Are experienced delivering high-profile websites, ideally in the eCommerce space, in an agency environment, OR you've previously worked as an ecomm coordinator on ecommerce sites - bonus points for Shopify experience!
* Are highly organised with an eye for quality with the intent on making things better
* Can juggle multiple projects at once, calmly and efficiently
* Have a design eye, and are comfortable working in a cross functional team of engineers and creatives
* Enjoy working closely with clients, being their go-to person to discuss their projects with Bedford Lane
* Are a problem solver, who is considerate, empathetic, and kind
* Share knowledge. You are collaborative, enjoy learning from those around you, and have a team mindset
* Back yourself. You know what's best for the project, and you're comfortable being at the helm steering it to success
What success looks like over the next 12 months
* Building genuine, lasting relationships both with our clients and our design and engineering team
* Successfully overseeing multiple projects at varying degrees of scale and complexity, calmly maintaining day-to-day progress and focus
* Proactively tracking project progress with a sharp eye on the daily workloads and task priorities, resolving risks or blockers to sustain momentum and quality
* Own the budget, ensuring delivery is both on time and within financial targets
* Reviewing, balancing and forecasting client budgets and team resources
* Gather feedback through retros after each project to assess our delivery processes, making improvements to elevate our delivery function one project at a time
* Support our team with project proposals, scopes of work and new client presentations
What you want
* To walk us through your recent ecom / agency projects, what went well, and what you learned
* A place where you can lead projects, working closely with Elite Clients, knowing there is an experienced team around you to lean on as needed
* A remote first culture, with 1-2 day per week in the office (Melbourne based)
* Growth - we have big ambitions to scale, so the sky is the limit!
