Relevant tertiary qualifications, and/or equivalent industry experience working with clinical application and enterprise-wide patient administration system (PAS) and electronic health record (eMR) system. Demonstrated experience in practices and workflows in any of the following – operating theatres, emergency department, outpatient scheduling, diagnostic ordering and result reporting, clinical documentation including electronic discharge summaries or patient administration functions. Demonstrated experience in the delivery of computer / application training within a large organisation. Proven experience in developing training documentations such as Lesson Plans, Training Schedules and Training Scenarios. Demonstrated high level interpersonal and negotiation skills including proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to achieve outcomes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to develop and maintain documentation in both a technical and business context. Demonstrated highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong planning, time management and organisation skills to meet deliverables. Proven ability to function as a self-motivated multi skilled analyst, working collaboratively in a team environment, with a positive proactive attitude, who can effectively work with minimal supervision. Demonstrated highly developed customer engagement and support experience for delivery of excellent services to stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in Cerner eMR application.
