Monadelphous is seeking a detail‐oriented and experienced Beamline Programmer to join our RTW Fabrication Team in Capel. This Capel‐based role offers stability, a Monday‐Friday schedule and work‐life balance.
Key Responsibilities
* Program CNC beamline, plasma cutting and tagging machines using Winbar and Winsteel software.
* Interpret structural design drawings and convert them into accurate machine‐ready programs.
* Prepare fabrication and tagging lists from job packages.
* Manage drawing control, ensuring all revisions and updates are accurately tracked and implemented.
* Maintain control of material stock, including certification and traceability records.
* Collaborate with the workshop teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.
* Ensure all outputs meet project specifications, quality standards and deadlines.
What you'll bring
* Strong knowledge of structural design and engineering drawings.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential).
* Experience with CNC beamline programming and steel processing machinery.
* Experience using Winbar and Winsteel software.
* High attention to detail with strong organisational and problem‐solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate documentation.
