Job Description Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment programs to promote client independence and wellbeing. Work with individuals of all ages to overcome physical, emotional, or cognitive challenges. Support clients in developing, recovering, or maintaining daily living and work skills. Conduct detailed assessments and write reports with clear goals and outcomes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, physiotherapists, and social workers. Provide tailored interventions using evidence-based practice. Educate and support clients, families, and caregivers in adapting environments and routines. Maintain accurate clinical records in line with professional standards and data protection policies. Participate in service development and quality improvement initiatives. Stay updated with CPD (Continuing Professional Development) and professional guidelines (e.g., HCPC, RCOT).
