Service Coordinator Business Support Admin
We have an opportunity for a suitably qualified, success-driven, experienced individual with a focus on customer delivery to join our service maintenance and minor work division.
The successful candidate will be a vital member of our service, maintenance, and minor works division responsible for customer service, business support, service coordination, account management, general business improvement, and productivity.

Skills & Experience :
* Ability to multi-task and handle deadlines and priorities.
* Fire industry prior experience & experience with (simPRO).
* Well-developed computer literacy including spreadsheets and database management.
* Strong business written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong administrative skills and experience.
* Must be very well organized.
* Ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
* Proactive approach to work.
The Role & Responsibilities :
* Field incoming calls from customers.
* Complete reports.
* Convert test reports with corrective actions into quotes for submission to clients.
* Receive work order requests and document them.
* Initial processing, maintenance, and recording of inspection reports, quotes, and invoices.
* Assist with accounts, debtors follow up overdue payments, etc.
* Schedule work for technicians / contractors using company CRM system (simPRO).
* Preparation / submission of annual fire safety statements (AFSS).
* Organize stock and supplies for your technicians / contractors.
* Create purchase orders and approve invoices.
* Data entry : Monitoring and maintaining of our service management system.
* Invoicing.
* Provide ad hoc support to the wider team.
