About the Role

The role involves working with a dynamic team to deliver cutting-edge solutions using Red Hat OpenShift/Kubernetes clusters. Key Responsibilities
* Platform Support: Provide high-level technical support for the OpenShift Container Platform in a multi-cluster environment across on-premises and cloud deployments.
* Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor performance, maintain, and secure the platform, applying fixes/patches and updates as required.
* Security Policies: Develop and implement security policies ensuring compliance of the clusters with relevant security frameworks.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and business teams providing advice and support utilising a GitOps approach for deployments into the platform.
* Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and fix platform incidents/deployment issues identifying root cause and developing documentation to assist with improving the platform/processes.
In addition to these responsibilities, successful candidates will be expected to maintain their skills and participate in relevant professional development opportunities.
Requirements
* You must be an Australian Citizen at the time of application.
* A Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in Linux administration.
* 3+ years experience in the design, deployment, and maintenance of secure Red Hat OpenShift/Kubernetes clusters both on-premises and in cloud.
* Knowledge and experience with Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management, Advanced Cluster Security, Infrastructure-as-Code using Git and ArgoCD.
