The Role
As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for receiving telephone enquiries, inputting reservations, responding to emails and faxes, and promoting special packages among other duties. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and outstanding customer service will be required in order to process reservation requests accurately, promptly, and professionally. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit team dedicated to maintaining high standards.
The successful candidate must possess
* Excellent grooming and presentation
* Great customer service and communication skills
* 4- or 5-star hotel or travel agency experience in Reception or Reservations (preferred)
* Understanding of the FIT market and reservations process
* Knowledge of Opera Property Management System (preferred)
* Ability to work professionally under pressure
* Passion for providing every guest with a positive experience
* Ability to work in a team that strives for success and excellence in customer service
